2. Coaching Services We provide vocal coaching through digital courses, group calls, and other resources. Individual results vary and depend on your personal commitment and practice. We do not guarantee specific vocal outcomes.

3. Payments & Billing All payments are processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize The Singer's Gym to charge your chosen method. Prices may change, and you will be notified in advance of any updates.

4. Refund Policy For "Unbreakable Voice Blueprint" & Digital Courses: We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing us. For Coaching Services: Refunds for live coaching or completed sessions are not provided once the service has been delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Access & Conduct You agree not to share your login, materials, or course content with others. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior in group settings may result in removal without refund.

6. Group Coaching & Media Release Participation in The Singer's Gym Group Coaching calls constitutes consent to be recorded. You acknowledge that these sessions are recorded for educational and marketing purposes. Clips of your vocal breakthroughs may be used in future course materials or social media content to demonstrate coaching results. If you have a specific sensitivity regarding a clip, please notify the instructor immediately, and we will respect your privacy.

7. Intellectual Property All course content, materials, and branding remain the intellectual property of The Singer's Gym. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer The Singer's Gym does not provide medical advice. Coaching is for educational and developmental purposes only. You are responsible for seeking professional help where needed.

9. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or incidental losses.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the state of California, and any disputes will be resolved under that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

Subscription Trials and Billing:

Purchases may include a 30-day free trial to The Singer's Gym community. If the trial is not canceled prior to the end of the 30-day period, the user authorizes a recurring automatic charge of $49 per month. Users may cancel this subscription at any time via their Member Portal. Due to the digital nature of the community and curriculum, previous subscription charges are non-refundable.
